So we created an immersive NYC loft experience right here in DTLA. From the green accents inspired by New York’s iconic highway signs to yellow touches that recall our beloved city cabs, this apartment offers the style and feel of a Greenwich Village flat—without the freezing winters or muggy summer heat. The bedroom features a faux exposed brick wall and a panoramic multi-piece artwork designed to look like you’re gazing out the window of a classic NYC high-rise. Even the bathroom gets in on the vibe, with a playful shower curtain styled like the NYC subway map. This isn’t just a place to sleep—it’s an experience to remember. And to make it effortless, we’ve integrated smart home tech throughout the unit: voice-activated lighting, high-speed WiFi, and full access to streaming services. A Day in Your Stay Wake up in your private NYC-inspired loft and sip your coffee by the light streaming through the oversized windows. Public Transportation: • Metro Rail: A short walk to Pershing Square Station, serving the Metro Red and Purple Lines, making it easy to travel throughout the city. • Metro Bus: Multiple city bus lines stop near the building, offering convenient access to a wide range of neighborhoods and attractions.
